Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Codexium Technologies operates Codexium Books, an online store for printed educational books. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse the store or place an order, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, items ordered, order amount, and order and payment status. We may also receive basic technical information needed to keep the website secure and functioning.

How we use information

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Codexium does not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or net-banking credentials. Razorpay processes payment information under its own privacy and security terms.

Service providers and storage

We use Supabase to operate the bookstore database and related backend services, and Razorpay to process payments. Information is shared with these providers only as needed to provide the service, secure transactions, or meet legal requirements. Delivery information may be shared with a courier when needed to deliver your order.

Retention and security

We retain order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle support or disputes, comply with legal and accounting requirements, and protect the store. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and questions

You can contact us to request access to or correction of your order information, or to ask a privacy question. We may need to retain some records where required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our store or legal requirements change. The current version and its revision date will be posted on this page.
