Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This policy applies to printed book orders placed through Codexium Books. Contact us with your order reference at info@codexium.in or +91 62055 27682.

Cancel before dispatch

You may request cancellation while the order has not been handed to the courier. Contact us as soon as possible; cancellation is confirmed only after we reply. If the order is cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a refund of the amount paid to the original payment method.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If a book arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order reference and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement where available or initiate a refund. We will tell you if the item needs to be returned and how to send it.

Change of mind

Because these are printed educational books, we generally cannot accept a return after dispatch solely because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong title. This does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Refund processing time

Once a refund is approved, we initiate it to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. We will share a refund reference when available.

Payment debited but order not confirmed

If your account was debited but you did not receive an order confirmation, do not pay again immediately. Contact us with the payment reference and the email or phone used at checkout so we can verify the transaction. If the payment cannot be matched to a confirmed order, we will help resolve it with the payment provider.

All approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; we do not ask customers to share a UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, or password to process a refund.
