These terms apply when you browse or place an order through Codexium Books, operated by Codexium Technologies. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Products, prices, and availability
Our store sells printed educational books. Product descriptions, cover images, prices, stock, and availability are shown on the relevant product page and may be updated. We take care to display information accurately; if a material listing error or stock issue affects your order, we will contact you and offer cancellation with a refund where appropriate.
Placing and accepting an order
Submitting checkout details and completing payment creates an order request. The order is confirmed after payment is verified by our server and confirmation is shown on the order confirmation page. We may cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, including because of an inventory, pricing, or payment issue; any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay using the payment methods shown at checkout. The final book price, any delivery charge, and total payable amount are displayed before you authorize payment. Do not share your card PIN, UPI PIN, CVV, or password with anyone claiming to be Codexium support.
Delivery
We deliver to serviceable addresses in India. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before payment. Dispatch and delivery estimates depend on the destination, stock, and courier; see our Shipping Policy for details.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Requests are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please inspect an order promptly after delivery and contact us if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Use of the website
You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information, use the store lawfully, and not interfere with its security or operation. Book content and artwork may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without the applicable rights holder’s permission.
